1. Insert a non accepted SIM card and turn the phone on
2. You'll see the message 'Input NP Code'
3. Put your cursor into the input box to reveal the on screen keyboard
4. Enter the unlocking code provided
5. To finish, minimise or get rid of the keyboard and press the Ok button
6. Wait for about 10 seconds for the phone to respond.
7. Your phone is now unlocked.
